Important Information for Parents & Guardians

ASE Christian Academy is now accepting enrollment applications for students in Pre-K4 through 4th Grade for the upcoming school year.

We are excited to partner with families by providing a Christ-centered educational environment focused on academic excellence, spiritual growth, and early childhood development.

Scholarships cover all tuition and fees for eligible Kindergarten through 4th Grade students, with no out-of-pocket payments required for approved families.

Enrollment Information

Enrollment applications are currently open for the following grade levels:

  • Pre-K4
  • Kindergarten
  • 1st Grade
  • 2nd Grade
  • 3rd Grade
  • 4th Grade

Families are encouraged to complete enrollment as early as possible to secure placement.

Scholarship Application Information

Families may begin the scholarship application process online.

At this time, when completing the scholarship application, please select:

  • “School Not Listed”
  • Then choose:
    • Private School

This temporary selection should be used until ASE Christian Academy officially appears in the scholarship system in August for the upcoming school year.

Important August Update

Please note the following important information:

  • ASE Christian Academy will officially appear in the scholarship system in August.
  • Parents and guardians will need to return to the scholarship portal at that time.
  • Once available, please update your application and select ASE Christian Academy from the approved school list.

Additional instructions will be provided as more information becomes available.

ClassWallet & FACTS Training Information

We have been informed that a parent training session will be held in July regarding:

  • ClassWallet
  • FACTS Tuition Management

This training session will help families understand:

  • How to send tuition payments to the school
  • How to use scholarship funds
  • How to manage student financial accounts

Additional details regarding the training date and instructions will be shared once released.

Scholarship Eligibility

Pre-K4 Students

Payment options available for Pre-K4 include:

  • Child Care Voucher
  • Cash
  • Credit Card

Kindergarten Through 4th Grade

Scholarships are available for students entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade.

Approved scholarships cover all tuition and fees with no out-of-pocket payments required.

Important Requirement:

Students must be 5 years old by August 1st to qualify for scholarship eligibility.

Families are encouraged to apply for all available scholarship opportunities before application deadlines.
